Viglacera’s financial performance in 2025 showcases significant growth in profit and revenue, driven by its industrial park segment.

The company reported a 34.3% increase in profit after tax year-on-year, reaching VND1.59 trillion (.48 million). Despite not meeting its revenue target, pre-tax profit exceeded expectations by 26.3%, highlighting the strength of its industrial park leasing operations.

Viglacera’s Impressive Profit Growth in 2025

Viglacera, a leading construction materials producer in Vietnam, achieved a remarkable 34.3% rise in profit after tax for the year 2025. The profit reached VND1.59 trillion (.48 million), primarily fueled by robust earnings from its industrial park segment. The company’s net revenue for the year was nearly VND13.32 trillion (3.3 million), marking an 11.8% increase from the previous year.

In its Q4 2025 financial statements, Viglacera reported a pre-tax profit of VND2.2 trillion (.85 million), a 35% increase. Although the overall revenue fell short of the set target, the pre-tax profit surpassed expectations, demonstrating the effectiveness of its business strategies.

Financial Health and Asset Management

As of December 31, 2025, Viglacera’s short-term assets amounted to more than VND26.64 trillion (.03 billion), reflecting a 6.5% increase since the beginning of the year. The company’s financial investments surged to over VND2.16 trillion (.27 million), indicating a strong cash position. Meanwhile, inventories decreased to VND4.02 trillion (8.66 million), suggesting efficient management of resources.

The corporation operates 31 factories and is involved in 16 industrial parks, covering over 4,500 hectares. This extensive infrastructure supports its ongoing projects in industrial parks and social housing, contributing to its stable cash flow.
