Soaring Skies: Etihad Airways Reports a Remarkable 28% Surge in November Passengers!

Etihad Airways Soars to New Heights with 28% Increase in November Passenger Numbers

Etihad Airways is flying high with some exciting news: the airline reported a remarkable 2.1 million passengers in November 2025, marking a 28% increase compared to November of last year. This impressive growth reflects a broader trend, as the airline has carried a total of 20.2 million passengers so far this year — a substantial 20% jump from the previous year. With a passenger load factor reaching an impressive 89% in November, it’s clear that more and more people are choosing to travel with Etihad.

The airline’s growth strategy is a key driver behind these numbers. November marked the launch of new routes to vibrant destinations like Tunis, Hanoi, Chiang Mai, Hong Kong, and Medina. Each new route not only boosts passenger counts but also enhances the appeal of Abu Dhabi as a travel destination, encouraging inbound tourism from various regions.

Etihad’s fleet is also expanding rapidly. By the end of November, the airline operated 124 aircraft, up from 98 in the previous year. This growth in fleet size, including the recent addition of four A321LRs, underscores Etihad’s dedication to not only maintaining but also enhancing its operational capabilities.

“The positive results we are witnessing today showcase the dedication and hard work of our entire team,” commented CEO Antonoaldo Neves. “Our systematic network expansion and product investments are paying off, and we are thrilled to welcome more visitors to experience the rich culture and attractions that Abu Dhabi has to offer.”

As Etihad Airways continues to broaden its horizons and expand its fleet, the airline is strategically positioned for sustained growth. As 2025 comes to a close, it’s clear that Etihad is not just surviving but thriving in the competitive aviation landscape, providing travelers with reliable and exceptional service.

Whether you’re planning a business trip or a vacation, it’s worth considering Etihad Airways for your travel needs. With competitive ticket prices and an ever-expanding network, they seem prepared to keep soaring.
