GRIOPLUS PTY LTD has launched a new digital streaming application, GRIOPLUS, specifically designed for Zimbabweans living abroad. The platform went live on 1 August 2026 and aims to provide authentic local content to the diaspora, addressing the challenges they face in accessing entertainment from home.

GRIOPLUS is the first streaming service tailored for the Zimbabwean diaspora, offering a growing catalogue of local entertainment. Chairperson Anthony Chirape emphasized that the platform serves as a digital sanctuary for Zimbabwean culture, delivering authentic sights, sounds, and stories directly to users’ screens, no matter where they are in the world.
The platform features popular titles such as More Time, Yellow Card, and contemporary dramas like Soulmate and Manhounds. By providing a space for local content creators, GRIOPLUS not only entertains but also empowers Zimbabwean artists to reach wider audiences.
