The People’s Committee of Dong Nai province has greenlit an ambitious urban development project aimed at fostering innovation and science.
The approved zoning plan for the Dai Phuoc 1 Subdivision spans over 3,131 hectares. This smart riverside urban area is strategically located near Ho Chi Minh City and is projected to accommodate between 180,000 and 230,000 residents.
Dai Phuoc 1 Subdivision: A New Urban Hub
The Dai Phuoc 1 Subdivision is designed as a smart urban zone that will serve as a socio-economic catalyst for the surrounding areas. It borders the Dong Nai River and is positioned to leverage the development momentum from the Long Thanh International Airport region.
This project aims to create a “compact city” model, integrating various functional spaces that are closely linked to public transport systems. Key areas will include mixed-use developments, commercial centers, innovation hubs, and cultural complexes.

All technical infrastructure, such as water supply, wastewater treatment, electricity, and telecommunications, will be installed underground to enhance the urban landscape.
