Experience Twice the Luxury: A&K Expands Exclusive Nile Riverboat Adventures!

Exciting Developments in Egyptian Luxury Travel: New Riverboat Announced!

On November 23, 2025, Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group (A&K) made waves in the travel industry with the announcement of an exciting new venture. The esteemed travel group has officially signed an agreement with Egyptian shipbuilder The Arab Contractors (Osman Ahmed Osman & Co.) for the construction of a second luxurious riverboat, a sister vessel to the much-anticipated Nile Seray, an A&K Sanctuary experience.

Set to launch in late 2026, the Nile Seray has already captured the imagination of travel enthusiasts. But the excitement doesn’t stop there! The sister ship, which is yet to be named, is scheduled for delivery in 2028 and promises to deliver the same exceptional design and accommodations. Both vessels will feature 32 suites catering to just 64 guests, ensuring an intimate and luxurious cruising experience.

Imagine stepping into a suite that sprawls over 33 square meters, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning waterside Juliet balconies that let you soak in the breathtaking views of the Nile. For those seeking an elevated experience, two magnificent suites will even boast private balconies equipped with outdoor spa pools, perfect for enjoying sunset views over this ancient river.

Cristina Levis, CEO of A&K, shared her enthusiasm for this venture, stating, “This second vessel represents our absolute confidence in Egypt’s enduring appeal and our commitment to setting new standards in Nile cruising.” With this new addition, A&K aims to offer even more travelers the unique experiences that have become synonymous with their brand since 1977.

This announcement comes at a significant time for Egyptian tourism, coinciding with the grand opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to an astounding collection of 100,000 artifacts, including the complete treasures of King Tutankhamun. As interest in Egypt continues to surge, A&K has reported a notable increase in bookings year-on-year, reflecting the rising demand for tailored, luxury travel experiences.

Levis emphasized the evolution of luxury travel, saying, “These vessels embody our understanding that luxury today is defined not by excess, but by space, authenticity, and the quality of experience.” With a focus on personalized, deeply crafted journeys, A&K continues to highlight the rich history and culture of Egypt, firmly rooting travelers in a genuine connection to this extraordinary destination.

As luxury travel takes on new dimensions, keep an eye out for more updates from Abercrombie & Kent, as they continue to enhance the allure of Nile cruising and showcase the splendor of Egypt.
