“Discover the New Cairo Business Hub: A Thriving EGP 30bn Integrated Community Unveiled!”

Cairo – Africazine: The Marq is making waves in Egypt’s urban development scene with the launch of its groundbreaking ‘inplace’ project, an impressive EGP 30 billion integrated business community located in New Cairo.

Spanning an expansive 20 acres, this innovative project is set to redefine the commercial landscape of New Cairo through a thoughtfully designed fusion of business, lifestyle, and community. Designed to cater to the modern professional, inplace features four distinct districts that encourage a harmonious balance between work and leisure.

Highlighting its commitment to innovation, the project showcases Egypt’s first Business Suites concept, comprised of over 2,000 serviced suites ranging from a cozy 45 to an expansive 750 square meters. Each suite comes complete with tailored concierge services, comfortable lounges, and versatile meeting rooms, alongside wellness facilities to support a healthy work-life balance.

Renowned architect Mohamed Fares of Alchemy Group has crafted a visionary design that emphasizes cutting-edge security features, smart building technologies, and even underground parking—essential elements for a forward-thinking business environment.

Strategically positioned between North and South 90th Street, inplace is just a stone’s throw away from The American University in Cairo and Cairo International Airport, making it an ideal location for both local and international businesses.

Amr Badr, Chairman and CEO of The Marq, expressed enthusiasm for the initiative, stating, “This project embodies our vision of building a fully integrated business community powered by creativity, design, and innovation.” His company, founded in 2019, has rapidly emerged as one of Egypt’s leading developers, focusing on distinctive residential communities and dynamic commercial hubs.

This ambitious project comes hot on the heels of The Marq’s recent announcement of an additional EGP 4 billion investment into its residential communities, further solidifying its position as a key player in Egypt’s development sector.

As New Cairo continues to attract attention for its blend of urban planning and investment opportunities, projects like inplace highlight the potential that lies ahead for both residents and businesses alike in Egypt’s evolving metropolitan landscape.
