Designed with meticulous attention to detail across seven elevations, including over 100,000 sqm of swimmable lagoons, 82% of the residential units provide direct water views—truly an oasis of relaxation. Moreover, MIP blends hospitality with residential living by incorporating 800 hotel rooms and branded residences, facilitating a comprehensive living experience that exceeds customer expectations.
Construction Milestones
With steady progress at Solare, critical construction stages have been completed. Excavation, backfilling, and foundational steps are well underway, while the structural work for beachfront units and finishing touches for cabanas are in progress. Approximately 80% of the groundwork for phases one and two has been finalized, achieved through collaboration with leading construction firm RedCon.
Currently, 723 units are actively under construction, representing an impressive investment of about EGP 1.3 billion. Work on the second phase, primarily focused on villas, has seen nearly 30% of construction completed. Additionally, MIP is moving forward with plans for new construction activities encompassing 1,635 units (including chalets and villas), backed by an estimated investment of EGP 7.5 billion.
