Maqam Misr Developments is making waves in the bustling New Administrative Capital (NAC) with the unveiling of their latest project, the Q CLINICS medical complex. This ambitious development, with an investment of EGP 1.2 billion, is set to add significant value to the healthcare landscape in Egypt while reinforcing the company’s commitment to growth and innovation.
During a recent conference, Al-Saeed Shaaban, the Chairperson of Maqam Misr Developments, announced that the Q CLINICS will occupy an impressive 3,000 square meters in the MU7 district, conveniently located opposite the Central Business District. This strategic positioning aims to provide accessible healthcare services to the growing population in the NAC. The complex will house a variety of medical clinics, starting from 40 sqm, along with retail spaces that are designed to enhance the overall healthcare experience for visitors.
Excavation work on the Q CLINICS project is already underway, indicating the company’s swift progression from planning to execution. Customers can expect the official launch to take place in mid-January, with Emirati Eltizam Group stepping in to manage operations, thereby ensuring that international management standards are met throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Shaaban shared exciting news about Maqam Misr’s expanding footprint in NAC, revealing the acquisition of four plots of land and additional ongoing projects, including a fourth one slated for roll-out in the first quarter of 2025. The company has also established a solid partnership with YBA – Yasser Al Beltagy Architects, which is set to guide all future projects with their extensive expertise in both domestic and international design.
In addition to domestic initiatives, Maqam Misr is gearing up for international ventures, particularly in Saudi Arabia, where they are focusing on high-demand residential projects. This strategic mix of local and international investments demonstrates Maqam Misr’s ambition to not just grow within Egypt but become a notable player in the regional market.
Moreover, ongoing projects such as East Tower5 are making significant headway, with foundational work already completed. Spanning 3,585 sqm in Downtown NAC, this tower will feature a range of amenities including commercial units and a food court. The project is projected for delivery by the end of 2026, promising to increase the vibrancy of the area.
Yasser El Beltagy, the Head of YBA, reiterated the firm’s commitment to delivering top-notch designs. “Our goal is to provide projects that embody quality and excellence while aligning with the aspirations of both Maqam Misr and its customers,” he said.
As Maqam Misr Developments forges ahead with its ambitious roster of projects, it is well-positioned to contribute to the growing infrastructure and economic landscape of the New Administrative Capital and beyond. This surge in development reflects not only the vibrant potential of Egypt’s urban future but also the collaborative efforts of local and international stakeholders committed to transforming the region’s vision into reality.
With these exciting developments, it’s evident that the New Administrative Capital is gearing up to become a hub of innovation and modern living, backed by strong enterprise and a clear focus on quality.
