Orange Cote D’Ivoire has partnered with Enea, a telecoms and cybersecurity software company, to develop network and data services.
Orange is now using Enea’s traffic analysis and policy control software to manage service assurance and user experience as data traffic levels increase.
According to Enea, transitioning to a cloud-native architecture will support Orange’s future growth while also providing a more agile, secure approach to delivering services.
Orange Cote D’Ivorie offers landline, mobile, and internet services and has about 15 million users.
Rolly Ehouman, CTO at Orange Cote D’Ivorie, says: “To succeed, we need data from powerful analytics tools.”
Ehouman says that Orange is looking to establish a long-term partnership with Enea for software that meets its requirements.
Roland Steiner, senior vice president, network performance and applications, Enea, comments: “Using a cloud-native, scalable solution will help gain valuable insights for planning and performance management.”
