Bafana Bafana superstar Themba Zwane has made an Orlando Pirates star smile.

THEMBA ZWANE ON EVIDENCE MAKGOPA
As previously reported, Bafana Bafana annihilated Namibia at Afcon 2023. Hugo Broos’ side ran out 4-0 winner to go second in group E behind Mali.

Percy Tau and Thapelo Maseko scored a goal each, while Zwane grabbed a brace.
Speaking to the media after the game, Zwane said Makgopa was a key to unlocking Namibia’s backline.
“Today we had a different approach, we wanted to pump the ball inside the box, and for us as number 10s and wingers we tried to get the second balls,” Zwane said ,as quoted by iDiskiTimes.

“We know our striker [Makgopa] was gonna win the balls on top and we tried to put them under pressure, try to create more goals and take our chances, as you saw we scored four goals which was good for us,” the Tembisa-born legend concluded.

Talking about Pirates strikers, Mulenga has gone back to Durban.
The former Buccaneer was announced by Usuthu from Chippa United.
“We are thrilled to officially announce the return of Augustine Mulenga to AmaZulu Football Club,” the club said.
“If I think about it, of all the clubs that I have played for, I think I’ve enjoyed my career since the time l came here to AmaZulu FC.

“I didn’t even hesitate about rejoining Usuthu because l enjoyed my football this side,” said Mulenga.
