Chipolopolo duo PATSON DAKA and FASHION SAKALA says the team will aim to deliver resounding results at the Africa Cup of Nations in honour of former Captain ENOCK MWEPU.
The duo says not having MWEPU with the team is still a huge blow as he was a pillar and played a significant role in getting the team to where it is today.
MWEPU retired from active football due to a heart condition.
And DAKA who played club football alongside the former Chipolopolo midfielder at Red Bull Salzburg in Austria, says playing at the Africa Cup was MWEPU’s ultimate dream.
And SAKALA says the team still carries MWEPU’S hopes in the spirit.
He says it will mean a lot to the entire squad if he could join the team in Ivory Coast and watch them fulfil their fixtures.
