Nigerian star Victor Osimhen has set his sights on winning the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) title with the Super Eagles.
The 2023 CAF Footballer of the Year will carry the West African giants’ hopes of winning the continent title for the fourth time.
The Super Eagles will take on hosts Ivory Coast, Guinea-Bissau, and Equatorial Guinea in Group A and Osimhen is a very confident man.
“I believe in this group, we have bunch of talented players to execute the job, fingers crossed and we are going to do so well.”
Osimhen impressively netted 20 goals in 27 matches for Nigeria and his goalscoring ability could be key to Nigeria winning the AFCON title.
