- Advertisment -

Thousands of people came out this Friday after the big prayer to protest against the 5th mandate. From Bab El Oued instead of May 1st, the main arteries of the capital are crowded with people. A group of walkers tried to climb from the city center to the presidency. They were blocked by anti-riot forces in front of the People's Palace. The police used tear gas to roll back the marchers. Elsewhere, the demonstrations are held in calm, in the presence of large anti-riot forces.
