This study has been carried out in 31 countries in sub-Saharan Africa for several years by USAID in collaboration with local structures, notably by CENAFOD in Guinea. It aims to make visible the level of development of CSOs and the factors that influence their development through the intelligence of certain dimensions of the life of CSOs, it also contributes to strengthen the visibility of the NGOs that participate in the study and to help the State in its decision-making position vis-à-vis the Guinean social movement and its practices in terms of governance.

CENAFOD on behalf of its partners (Fhi360 / USAID) publishes this report in the hope that the results of this study will be taken into account by Guinean CSOs to allow an improvement of internal governance and a development of public-private partnership.
