Zimbabwe's central bank has not fixed the exchange rate of its new transitional RTGS currency at 2.5 to the US dollar after it remains stuck at the same level since Feb. 22, The Bank's Governor John Mangudya said on Thursday.

Mangudya said Zimbabwe, which is facing a sharp shortage of dollars, imported fuel worth $ 173 million in January and February through credit lines from foreign banks, which was enough to cover local demand during the period.
