During a press conference, the officials announced that the matches will take place on October 6 and 8 in UAE’s capital Abu Dhabi.

The games are considered to be a part of the multi-year agreement which was signed between The National Basketball Association and Abu Dhabi’s Department of Culture and Tourism.

The Milwaukee Bucks captured their first NBA title in 2021, with Giannis Antetokounmpo scoring 50 points.

The Atlanta Hawks will have two-time NBA all-star Trae Young, 2018 NBA all-rookie second team members John Collins and Bogdan Bogdanović, and 2020-21 NBA rebounding leader Clint Capela. On the other hand, the Milwaukee Bucks will have two-time Kia NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, three-time NBA All-Defensive Team member Jrue Holiday and three-time NBA All-Star Khris Middleton.

DCT Abu Dhabi has also launched Jr. Abu Dhabi League for kids from local schools across Abu Dhabi. At the Middle East Film & Comic Con, there will also be fan events and appearances by players, NBA FIT clinics, and an NBA 2K league exhibition.

In the UAE and across the MENA region, the NBA game is said to be broadcasted live on beIN Sports, and the NBA league pass, which is the league’s premium subscription service.
