Two Dubai chefs to blend the flavours of India and Latin America with four-hands dinner

The world-famous flavours of India and Latin America will come together when Chefs Richard Sandoval and Vineet Bhatia curate two diverse, four-course sharing menus over two evenings.

Chef Sandoval heads Toro Toro at the Grosvenor House Dubai as well as Maya Mexican Kitchen + Bar and Zengo at Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa, while Chef Bhatia is the maestro behind Indego By Vineet at Grosvenor House Dubai and Indya By Vineet at Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa.

As part of the special Four Hands Dinner experience on April 6, Chef Sandoval will join Chef Bhatia in the Indya By Vineet kitchen for an evening of collaborative cooking as they prepare a four-course sharing menu. Each chef will cook their own style of dishes for the menu, to be enjoyed by diners throughout the evening.

Guests can savour one hot and one cold starter, including Braised Short Rib Taco and Gulaabi Puri Chaat, before tucking into a main from a choice of Poblane Chile and Butter the Chicken. Dessert will be a tough decision between two sweets, Gulaabi Gang Rose Tres leches or Churros.

On April 7, Chef Bhatia will cook with Chef Sandoval at Maya Mexican Kitchen + Bar, where the two culinary stars will each contribute their own plates to another four-course menu for guests to share and enjoy.

Diners can look forward to one hot and one cold starter like Charcoal Sev Papdi Dahi Chaat or Tuna Tacos; a delicious main from a choice of Quinoa Dahi Magnum, Enchiladas and Short Rib; and be tempted by the Yellow Corn Cake or Puchka Bevda.
