The Jawaher Residences Development Project billed as a premium lifestyle project has officially been launched by Eagle Hills, a private real estate investment and development company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The residential complex features units that range from studio apartments to four-bedroom apartments. 

The Jawaher Residences Development Project has been developed and designed to guarantee an engaging lifestyle as well as utmost convenience to its residents. The project is a joint venture between Eagle Hills and Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and is considered to be a lucrative investment opportunity by the developer.

The Jawaher Residences Development Project features 198 units and also offers access to recreational and leisure facilities for residents of all ages. The nine-story residential building is set to be located in Sharjah within the Maryam Island beachfront community.

It is said that the project has been inspired by the contemporary Arabic architecture of the very same island. Eagle Hills revealed that the interiors, as well as the colour schemes, have been designed to serve as a perfect setting for its residents alongside the conveniences of being within a beachfront community.
