The announcement comes after the United Arab Emirates (UAE) reopened its land borders and airspace to Qatar on Saturday, following the signing of the Al-Ula Declaration in Saudi Arabia during the GCC Summit.
This also marks the first flight by a UAE carrier since the recent Al Ula agreement, which lifted the restrictions UAE had placed on ties with Qatar in 2017.
Using Airbus A320 aircarft, flight G9134 will depart from Sharjah at 04:10pm and arrive in Doha at 4.10pm (local time).
The return flight G9135 will depart on the Qatari capital at 5.10pm and land in Sharjah at 7.10pm.
