Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, the luxurious Ottoman-inspired beachside retreat nestled on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, has collaborated with one of Milan’s most decorated chefs to curate an unforgettable culinary experience for its guests and visitors.
Available from Saturday 31st October for one week only, Chef Andrea Berton – who has won two Michelin stars across three restaurants throughout his 27-year career – has created two limited edition six-course menus for the Sultan Lounge Private Dining Room. Each menu is complemented by fermented beverage pairing, carefully selected by Chef’s Sommelier.
Showcasing his renowned ability to transform simple ingredients into gastronomic masterpieces, Chef Andrea’s celebrates both the land and the sea with two menus that will take guests on a journey of discovery in which the mouth-watering flavours of Italy will come to life in an opulent and beautiful setting. Starting with the “Sphere of Parmigiana Di Melanzane” and “Cono of Nori Seaweed and Marinated Salmon”, the tasting menu seamlessly flows course by course. Other carefully crafted dishes include the “Shellfish Lasagne” and “Beef Tenderloin with Green Pepper and Crispy Potato” as well as a selection of decadent desserts including “Nougat with Citrus” and “Coconut Marshmallow”. A flavourful vegetarian menu will also be available with a selection of main courses including the “Celeriac Sfogliatella and Calvisius Caviar” and the “Spaghetti Chitarra with Tomato Sauce and Olives”.
