Flying via Dubai in the coming months? Here’s a special promotion worth checking out for a future trip.
Thanks to Emirates’ latest global sale, travelers can expect heavily discounted rates on all bookings made from now until February 2 for travel until June 15, 2021. Economy-class fares from Dubai start at US$437 to Istanbul, US$462 to Cairo, and US$543 to Moscow. Business-class tickets are priced at US$1,632 for flights to Cairo, US$2,449 to Istanbul, and US$2,722 to Moscow. Similarly, a return trip between Singapore and Dubai costs just US$322 per person for seats in economy and US$1,207 for one in business class.
Emirates Skywards, the loyalty program of Emirates and its low-cost subsidiary FlyDubai, is offering special Cash+Miles rates for all bookings made until February 1, so long as travel is completed on or by June 15. Customers can make the most out of their mileage through the new conversion offer: 2,000 Skywards Miles is now equivalent to US$20 in economy class and US$40 in first and business class. As there is no rule on minimum spend when it comes to Miles, Skywards members can pay for part of their ticket’s cost with as little as one Mile.
Through Emirates’ flexible booking policy, those who purchase tickets for travel on or before June 30 this year will be offered generous rebooking terms and options. These include changing travel dates and one’s destination to another in the same region, both without incurring fees, or extending the validity of tickets by two years. Emirates became the first global airline to offer free multi-risk travel and Covid-19 insurance to its passengers last year, and the cover is included with all tickets purchased since December 1, 2020.
