COYA Dubai dishes up diversePeruvian menus for Dubai Restaurant Week
Offer includestwo-course lunch menu and three-course dinner with vegetarian and gluten-free choices
March 22, 2021 | Dubai, United Arab Emirates: The city’s most vibrant Latin American restaurant, COYA Dubai launches specially curated and attractivelypriced dinner and lunch menus,as part of Dubai Restaurant Week on March 25 to April 10.
Whether for a business lunch or an afternoon catch-up among friends, COYA Dubai’s lunch menu is the perfect meal, with a choice of two well-made dishes followed by a dessert forAED 125per person,available from Saturday to Thursday from 12:30PM to 4PM.Guests can choose from a range of delectableplatessuch as corn-fed baby chicken, char-grilled sea bream fillet, orstir fry quinoa and green vegetables, for those on a plant-based diet; and will be served a special dessert of Tortell de Nata Maracuya, passion fruit cremeux, puff pastry, konafah, and pistachios.
For an after-work dinner or a cozy date night, guests can enjoy an elegant three-course mealfor AED 350 person, available from Saturday to Wednesday with a seating window of 5:30PM to7:30PM or 6PM to 8PM.The menu features a selection of COYA’s signature starters such as seabassceviche, grilled beef skewers, kale manchego salad, and lobster and wagyu short rib baos; and mains including beef ribs, Peruvian dried potatoes, or Chilean seabass. To top it all off, diners can end their meal with a choice of sweet chicha moradadrink or churros dessert with dulce de leche sauce.
