Alef Group announces the completion of 92% of the second phase of Al Mamsha Sharjah

After completing the first phase by 100% and handing over 82% of it to investors, Alef Group, the leading real estate development company in the Emirate of Sharjah, announced the completion of 92% of the second phase of Zone 1 of Al Mamsha Sharjah, the mixed-use project that combines modern life, retail and entertainment facilities.

The first and second phase of Al Mamsha Souks extend within Al Mamsha Sharjah project, the first and only fully walkable vehicle-free community in the emirate, includes 1,576 housing units spread over 15 buildings. The units of the second phase have also been gradually delivered to owners and investors, noting that the group has recently completed the handover of 82% of the housing units of the first phase.

Ataya pointed out that Al Mamsha contains a group of entertainment facilities to suit different age groups, tastes, nationalities and cultures. The development includes a shopping centre, sports clubs and international health resorts, a fully equipped yoga centre, restaurants catering to different tastes, and the finest cafes. In addition, it includes entertainment areas for children, service areas, offices for telecommunications companies, and prayer areas for women and men. 

The residential units and retail stores are connected to a network of walking paths, providing elements of natural shade, natural cool ventilation, water and green bodies, and the privacy of residents. The project includes a wide range of housing options, including studio units and one, two and three-bedroom apartments with various designs.
