Al Habtoor Group has launched the sale of its 73-storey Amna Tower, the third and last property in the group’s Residence Collection.
Located at the Dubai Water Canal banks, the premium development boasts 537 luxury units, including four ultra-luxury penthouses.
In the heart of the one million sq ft development, The Residence Collection consists of three luxurious residential towers – Noora, Amna and Meera, with a total of 1,460 luxury apartments within the three high-rise buildings.
The high-end homes, which range from one- to seven-bedroom units boast stunning views of Dubai’s famous skyline. Each bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom. Residents also enjoy the region’s largest resort-style pool deck, which spans more than 120,000 sq ft.
Announcing the sale, Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, Founding Chairman, said: “I am pleased to report that during the pandemic, we have witnessed a healthy demand for real estate within our portfolio, from local and international investors alike.”
“Investors trust in the value of Dubai real estate, especially those with a high-quality finish and prime locations,” he added.
Al Habtoor said it was a unique project, thanks to its location, directly on The Dubai Water Canal and along Sheikh Zayed Road. “It is an unrivalled lifestyle destination with exceptional facilities. Residents get the benefit of having three international hotels within Al Habtoor City. And enjoy La Perle the unforgettable aqua show,” he explained.
“The residential community has exclusive access to first-class amenities, which include the largest swimming pool and leisure deck in the UAE, a state-of-the-art gym, two luxury spas, multiple restaurants and cafés, the Al Habtoor Tennis Academy – which includes an indoor tennis court for year-round play, and an RTA marine stop on the Dubai Water Canal,” said Al Habtoor.
In addition, residents benefit from the three five-star hotels within the Al Habtoor City complex (the Habtoor Palace Dubai, LXR Hotels & Resorts; The V Hotel Dubai, a Curio Collection; and The Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City), La Perle, the region’s first permanent aqua show exclusively choreographed for the complex, and The Atrium and the Boulevard, the vibrant dining epicentres of the complex with a range of international dining options, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
