This is in addition to an office building and more than 40% green spaces, not to mention the integration of optical fiber for the creation of a real “smart city”.

With ACC as the builder, Abatta Village is developed and designed by Koffi & Diabaté Group and it is funded by BNI (Banque Nationale d’Investissement) which is a part of the Securities and Commodity Contracts Intermediation and Brokerage Industry.
