The Government Council, scheduled for Friday, February 8, has been postponed to a later date, indicate tonight briefly the communication services of the Chief Executive, Saad-Eddine El Othmani.
No justification was provided explaining this adjournment, while the same sources had announced the weekly meeting and its agenda. The report comes as rumors of a cabinet reshuffle have been insistent for a few weeks, even announcing a list of ministers and secretaries of state on departure.
Saad-Eddine El Othmani is expected to lead the Moroccan delegation to the African Union summit from 9 to 11 February in Addis Ababa. But this participation was planned and can not justify the adjournment of the Governing Council.
