The african development Bank (Afdb) has been very satisfied with the efforts provided by the senegalese authorities. Its president, Akinwumi Adesina, who took part in the ceremony of reception of the Train express regional (Ter) in Dakar, the 14th of January last, wreathed laurels on the head of Macky Sall, President of the Republic.
