Cameroon will Wednesday January 23, 2019, to issue, by way of auction of Treasury Bills amounting (BTA) of 7 billion CFA francs on the market of the economic and monetary Community of central Africa (CEMAC), indicates the timetable of activities published on Monday by the Bank of central African States (BEAC).A maturity of 26 weeks, these securities in dematerialized form are issued with the participation of sixteen banks operating in the CEMAC zone and acting Specialists in treasuries (SVT).

This second operation of the year falls right in line with the provisions of the finance bill 2019, which plans to mobilise 260 billion CFA francs of bonds and the issuance of securities to the public.

Funds that participate in the financing of development projects provided for in the finance law in order to fill a gap of 482,6 billion F CFA of the overall budget for the year in which the revenue, which amounted to 3 991,1 billion F CFA are greater than the revenues estimated to be 3 508,5 billion F CFA.
