LDA Audio Tech has opened a new office in Ivory Coast to serve the West African region of French-speaking countries. This marks the latest development in the Spanish manufacturer’s ongoing growth. Claude Kossigan, a telecommunications professional with international sales experience, will head up the new office, supported by the West Africa sales director, Edouard Bodou.
The office is located in Abidjan, Ivory Coast’s economic capital and financial hub with links to the rest of the continent by land, sea or sky. In addition to customers and partners in Ivory Coast, the Abidjan office will cover Burkina Faso, Mali, Guinea-Conakry, Senegal, Niger, Benin and Togo – all territories currently experiencing rapid growth and development in regard to their public infrastructures and civil works.
‘The aim is to offer a closer and more personalised service to the francophone countries of the area, knowing first-hand their needs in terms of security, public address and voice evacuation systems, as well as the requirements established by local and regional regulations for each installation,’ read a statement from LDA.
