It is a snub to the president of zambia, Edgar Lungu, the current chair of the SADC (Community development southern Africa) which, on Sunday, a statement from his spokesperson, had stated that due to “serious doubts” about the results of the presidential election in the Congo, a recount of the votes would “reassure the winners and the losers”.
