Growin Technology Consultancy celebrates its 5th anniversary with the launch of an eBook that will help companies choose the right IT partner for their business.

LISBON, February 19, 2020 – The Portuguese information technology consulting firm, Growin, has just launched an eBook that aims to help companies find the most suitable alternative for a quick, easy, and effective solution to their technological challenges. Growin, the 4x winner of Great Place to Work®, compiles in this manual five years of specialized IT outsourcing and nearshoring multidisciplinary teams within the Portuguese and international markets.

The eBook, “How to choose the right IT service partner,” presents the 10 essential aspects to consider when choosing a technological partner:

  1. project requirements

  2. technical expertise

  3. reputation in the market

  4. financial capacity

  5. time zones

  6. culture

  7. flexibility

  8. KPIs

  9. price-quality ratio

  10. communication and project management tools

This eBook is free and available online here.

Daniel Quaresma Costa, the Associate Partner at Growin, says this eBook “answers key questions for companies looking to reinforce or decentralize their technical capacity” and is in line with “the global trend of creating competency centers, mostly non-centralized, to guarantee the quality of technology development and boost business growth.”

Growin is a leader in the creation and management of IT teams focused on the delivery of quality service. In 2020, the consulting firm intends to “increase sales by 25% (~ 9M €), hire 50 more employees, and reinforce its position as a nearshore technological partner in markets such as the United Kingdom and the USA,” adds Daniel Costa.
