Pending the elective general assembly in July, Equatorial Guinean Gustavo Ndong Edu holds the presidency of the Union of Central African Football Unions (Uniffac).

Cameroon's Seidou Mbombo Njoya is vice-president while Gabon's Pierre Alain Mouguengui, Congolese Jean Guy Blaise Mayolas and Central African Celestin Yanindji are elected bureau members.

The so-called redevelopment meeting was convened after noting the unavailability of the outgoing president. Indeed, following the absence of the former President, the Central African Patrice Edouard Ngaissona, in custody at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, the General Assembly unanimously decided to elect new members to head this institution.

It should be noted that the election to the subregional football forum took place during the Extraordinary General Assembly held March 3-4 in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
