TIBU Maroc, an NGO that uses basketball as a true means of education, social inclusion and human development, was awarded the prize of “Ibdaa Award” 2018 at the Summit of the moroccan social entrepreneurship organized by Moroccan CISE.
Actors of social innovation, NGOS, entrepreneurs, students, researchers, journalists, etc. more than 200 people were at the rendezvous on the weekend of 22 December 2018 at the Studio of the living arts to take part in the 4 th edition of the Summit, moroccan social entrepreneurship “Moroccan Social Entrepreneurship Summit”.
An inspiring event around keynotes, conferences, presentations of start-ups, exhibitions, workshops and closed by the award ceremony of the “Ibdaa Award”.
“We are very proud to have won this award, which enshrines our commitment to the moroccan youth. This distinction “Ibdaa Award is also a reward for all players in our organization who work each day to the creation of the paths of the personal and professional success for the youth through sports”, said Mohamed Amine Zariat, president and founder of the NGO TIBU Maroc.
The price “Ibdaa Award”, launched this year by the moroccan Center for innovation and social entrepreneurship, is designed for entrepreneurs and social innovators who, not only demonstrate a clear motivation to bring a systemic change, but also create a real and lasting impact in Morocco and in North Africa.
