4th Nigeria Energy Forum (NEF 2019) will focus on achieving the Sustainable
Development Goal 7 and on how to facilitate investments in sustainable
electrification, grid modernization and digital energy technologies.

The conference will feature the launch of the €30
Million European multi-donor Electrification Financing Initiative’s Nigeria Window.
The Fund will provide up to 30 million Euros in investments for off-grid and commercial
and industrial captive power projects. This year’s forum will address
key themes pertinent to mobilising local and foreign investments for
sustainable energy development in Nigeria.
Ms. Carla Montesi, Director, Directorate-General for International Cooperation and Development in
the European Commission is expected
to make a keynote presentation at the conference. The confirmed
